Surprise!

"Surprise!" That is what this cute bride said to me as she lifted the hem of her wedding dress and revealed her bright red bloomers. Imagine my surprise, I wasn't expecting that at all. She makes a beautiful bride. We had a fun night and even went to a new place with an old truck. She is a great poser and has some cute facial expressions and a beautiful smile. I can't wait for her wedding to see what she does next. She has surprised me each time I have taken her picture!

This was SOOOO... Easy!

This mom loves pictures and has trained her kids to smile and pose any time a camera is even near them. The girls love to have their pictures taken, and the boys are also co-operative. That made my job so easy and quick. As we took each shot they naturally and easily found their place and then turned on the perfect smile. I loved working with them. Then when I edited the pictures, my job was easy again because they each have this beautiful porcelain skin. I got great pictures because of a great family. Thanks guys.

Super Fun Mom!

This is a family I didn't know, but I am so happy to know now. The mom is super fun and has so much energy. The rest of the family is kind and happy. As I worked on their pictures I noticed that each of them had such good skin. All of the family members had smooth skin. That is something everyone can't say. And they also have some amazing eyes in their family. They are beautiful. I loved their pictures, but I think my favorite was the picture of the twin boys with their arms around each other. It was nice to meet you guys - thank you.

Double Photo Shoot!

Yes, this is the same house as the last family. The cute mom also grew up on this farm. It was fun to do a double phot shoot with both families. It was also fun for me to remember this mom from when she was in high school. What cute kids these two have. They got their eyes from their father, especially the baby, who looks just like his dad. Thanks for letting me take your pictures and meet your family.

Return to Old Family Home

A few years ago I photographed this family, their youngest was just a baby. We went to an old family home that sits on their property. When we were there the roses at the front of the house were not in bloom, and we talked about how pretty it would be to come when they were blooming. I was so glad when the mom called me and said the roses were blooming. I love the pictures of them with their cowboy hats. We took pictures without the hats, but with was for sure my favorite. Thanks guys for letting me see how your family is growing up.

Handsome Family Celebration!

This handsome family was celebrating the 80th birthday of their father and the 65th wedding aniversary of their parents. Their mother is beautiful and kind. Their father strong and funny. The 2 girls look just like their mom, beautiful, and the 5 boys, handsome. I am always fascinated at the posterity that comes from just two people. It was my honor to be there and photograph this family's celebration.

Mesquitos and a Tongue Smiler!

I can't believe these two are getting married - well yes I can. They went to school with my son and along with one other made up the Student Body Presidency of their school. The four of them were so fun, and remain friends still. As we took their pictures I remembered the cute bride is a tongue smiler. She loves to smile with her tongue sticking out just a little. If you look close at their pictures you might catch a glimpes of her tongue. Also, that night we went to the old house everyone loves to go to. The mesquitos were really bad there. When I went to edit their photos I wondered what were the black spots on their faces, arms, and legs. As I enlarged the pictures I saw that they were mesquitos biting them as they smiled. Good thing for photoshop, no more mesquitos! I am so excited for these two and can't wait for their wedding day.
