Yeah, I Did It!

Yea, finally good baby pictures! This is not my strong point. Isn't she cute? This is my new grand daughter, so this was a good time to get good baby pictures. It was hard work. Three of us worked about an hour and a half to get good shots. She was very co-operative, and even smiled for Grandma. I thought I would also post the birth announcement I made for her.

"I'll Give It a Try"

My daughter wanted me to take her family pictures. I thought, "Oh no, I'm not very good at my own family, usually my grand children just glare at me." But I replied, "Okay, I'll give it a try." This time was a little different. Only the youngest, aka the monster, glared at me, when we could catch him. Don't be fooled by his sweet face. The oldest is getting much better, he even posed a little, but they still are by far the hardest family that I take pictures for. I even recurited passer-bys to get them to smile. I took about 300 pictures and got about 10 that were pretty good. I posted one special one of the monster just so you would know how hard I worked. Love you guys, and I'll give it a try again.

"Really Dad"

Can you tell that it was a really cold day when we went to take this family's pictures. They stepped out of the car in dresses and cute little shoes. The first thing I said to them was, "Don't you guys know it's freezing out here." They replied, "Really Dad, we told you." But don't they look great all dressed up? We had such a good time, they all have crazy personalities, can't you tell by looking at their pictures. I am really going to miss them, because they are moving away from our area. Good luck guys!

New Red Wall

Another fun family with such bigger than life personalities, we had a great time even it was so cold the day we chose to do these pictures. One of my favorite walls got painted over, they painted it bold red. I had wanted to photograph against it for awhile and these guys were game. It is now my new favorite wall. I love how the pictures turned out. Thanks for being such great test subjects.

Mom Loves Photos!

This is another cute family I photographed right before Christmas. The mom of this family loves pictures, and if you follow my blog at all, you know I take their pictures regularly. The girls are such good posers, they make my job easy.

How Many Boys?

It's been awhile since I have posted pictures. I took some family photos before Christmas, these are some of them. This is a super cute family, but mom is definetly out numbered. Six boys + 1 dad = trouble. Not really, they are extremely well mannered young men. They were such fun and so easy to photograph. Don't you just love the twinkle in each of their eyes.
